6.2.2 Identify, visually, teacher-selected orchestral instruments and group into families.
The students had a great time during this lesson. There was a lot of communicating between students, so it was not a particularly quiet lesson, but it was informative, cooperative, and beneficial. After the teams classified the instruments, I then asked them to organized the families from the highest pitched instrument, to the lowest sounding instrument.
