This year I have the wonderful assignment of working at two different schools. I teach general music at Lakeview Design Center each morning, and teach in the piano lab at JE Moss every afternoon.
This summer I had the privilege to take an Orff Schulwerk 1 class at Belmont University. It was a fantastic class. I will be incorporating a majority of Orff Schulwerk techniques throughout this year. Below is a picture of my home-made large keyboard. It is made from black duck tape and a black erasable marker. |
